1. Shipping Destinations
GOTSOFT currently ships exclusively to addresses within the United States. We utilize Amazon's Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) network to ensure your order arrives safely and quickly.
(Note: Please verify if you ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. If Amazon MCF doesn't support them for your specific items, add: "We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.")
2. Order Processing Time
Handling Time: Please allow 2 business days for our team to process and dispatch your order.
Order Cut-off: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Example: If you place an order on Friday evening, it will likely be processed on the following Monday or Tuesday.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We partner with Amazon Logistics to provide reliable shipping services. The total delivery time is calculated as: Processing Time + Transit Time.

5. Order Tracking

Since we use Amazon fulfillment, your package may be delivered by Amazon Logistics, UPS, USPS, or FedEx.
Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving the email.
